Fair Findings has been providing evaluation, survey and other performance measurement services since 1995.

The Chief Executive Officer is Gerald Halpern. We are a professional management consulting company specialized in evaluation and program enhancement.

The firm has formed partnerships with other firms across Canada (East Coast - Canning and Pitt & Associates; and West Coast, Bud Long Associates) as well as with individual affiliated evaluators located in Halifax, Montreal, Toronto and Winnipeg.

Gerald Halpern, President of Fair Findings, brings extensive evaluation and audit experience to new tasks. He has served as Audit Director (Office of the Auditor General of Canada), as Effectiveness Audit Consultant (Vérificateur général du Québec) and as Evaluation Project Director (Collegiate Institute Board of Ottawa, Secretary of State).

In addition to doing, Gerald has taught others how to do. He has taught performance audit and evaluation at the Auditor General of Canada, at the Vérificateur général de Québec, and has taught at the University of Ottawa, Simon Fraser University and at Rutgers University. Gerald takes pride in assisting others to be better prepared for their responsibilities in measurement and evaluation and works to help clients grow in these areas.
